It is and it is extremely unpleasant for us. Imagine if you will have 2 dangly bits that get sweaty and then stick to your leg for hours on end. You know similar to how your breasts get sweaty and sticky. Only difference is this is between our legs so we run the risk of inadvertently pinching our dick or our nuts if we take a wrong step. Most guys do try and be discreet about it. We have the fake proposal + stretch. We have the hand in pocket leg twitch. The extra long stride for "no reason". The "dang I really need to adjust my pants real quick" and many many more.

Because if you consider when you are walking like if your shoe was on upside down i would imagine it would be a bit awkward, uncomfortable, and very unproductive and painfull. You most certainly would stop to flip your shoe around. The same goes for dicks and balls sometimes they just need to be adjusted, rearranged, and moved to a more practical position. Sometimes you are walking along and they are stuck to your leg and every step you take is tugging on them. Sometimes you are sitting on top of your testicle and well it just needs to be moved.

nasty how? people only do it if they need to. Like taking a shoe off to rearrange a sock to stop developing a blister etc.
it's nasty to judge for no other reason then someone moving their body and its parts to be comfortable

You kind of have to at times or else it's going to get very uncomfortable. It literally takes one second and most people aren't looking. Saying it's a bit nasty for a 30 year old woman... have you ever dated a man?
