How do men act around women they know are interested in them but they aren’t interested back?

This just depends on the man. I think most people try to be friendly with people unless given a reason not to. Which some people (men and women) can take as attraction. There are some people who may become more unpleasant around someone but I don’t think someone should do that, unless you asked someone to leave you alone and they just refuse.

I try to be respectful of everyone unless you give me a reason not to be. So me personally I would try to be nice to her, but not flirty. If she tried making a move I would respectfully shoot her down.

If a man acts different around you, like he blushes, he stares you up and down, seems to want to spend more time with you, acts quite and his professionalism turns to non-professionalism, he checks your body out from up and down, he sometimes smiles to you etc.

Either way as long as a woman is not making a move (and they usually won't) a guy can just act casually around them.

They probably are “interested” but can’t date for some reason. I’m married so I jut flirt shamelessly. It’s easier when nothings on the line.

I’d just ignore them
