How he has very few worries in the life,

How he feels lucky -

Well, I am happy for him, but he comes of bragging instead of being vulnerable to me,

He is not being vulnerable, he always tries to come off strong, lucky and happy. Which he sounds like he really is.

Maybe he is all of them.

I have never asked about his financial well-being, why does he see the need to let me know?

If he was truly all of those things. Those facts would speak without words. People can see who and what you are. Therefore it's unlikely he is truly happy or content. But a lot of women only care about those things so he is advertising. All foolish!
