What do you think about guys who don't swear?

I have never had the habit of using swear words a lot and most of the friends I know they use curse words habitually. I don't know why I never got that habit.

What do you think about guys who don't swear?

I'm similar and only use curse words when I want to really hyperbolize or for a humorous effect. I think it's generally better that way since if we curse all the time, then it diminishes the impact of it.

Like if someone drops F- bombs left and right, how can they express a particularly strong feeling? They've already exhausted their hyperbolic vocabulary in their usual sentences, so now they've left themselves largely out of options to express an exceptionally strong feeling.

If I compare to another example, take someone who says, "I love you," routinely all the time. How are they going to express it when they especially love someone? "I especially love you?" You know, I think it diminishes the effect if we say such things all the time as opposed to leaving them for special occasions.

I make exceptions for Tarantino films. There having characters use colorful language left and right helps to kind of establish a culture and dialect and very colorful world. Yet outside of the movies, I generally find it tacky when people try to swear so much.

There’s nothing wrong with that. You can be just as attractive and cool without using foul language. I don’t curse. I’ve used those words when mad but just having a normal conversation, I don’t use it at all.
