I met him. We talked and connected quickly. Very handsome.

Next day he proposed to me as in for a relation till we find new partner and since he hasn’t attended university and falls far behind my social status, I rejected him.

He keeps calling me and texting me but agreed to be hookups till we find new partner. Also he keeps saying let’s not dig into past when I asked about his past flings. And indirectly picks on my ex.

He talks well for hours and text as much. He also ask me to keep my anxiety away. But this so called ‘let’s be hookups’ confuse me. Does he want to be a fling or is he expecting fling to move up the ladder? Since it’s just 2 days since he knows me.

If he is saying he is in it for "hookups" then it is for the sex. Also I don't understand what you mean by this "for a relation till we find new partner". What do you mean find a new partner. If you two are just hanging out and hooking up until one of you finds a new partner then that answers everything right there. He is in it for sex and nothing more. Unless you are clear that you are exclusive to each other and do things other than just sleep together then that is not a realtionship. You do bring up this new partner thing a few times. I have no idea what that means.
