Unfollowed me after asking for my contact info?

So I met this guy and we hit it off well. He asked for my contact info, I gave him my insta. About a week later he suddenly unfollowed me. I didn’t say or do anything to make him unfollow.

Why would a guy ask me for my contact just to remove me?

Side note: I heard a rumour that he might have a girlfriend, but I don’t know for sure if it’s the truth.
Also he unfollowed me after I posted a pic of myself. I usually don’t post pics of myself too much. But I wouldn’t say I’m ugly (not to be tooting my own horn, I personally don’t think Im the prettiest) but a lot of people tell me, a lot pf guys (and girls) hit on me and I've done some modeling.

Could his girlfriend have made him unfollow girls he adds?

Could he just have thought Im ugly in the photo I posted?

It is possible (if he has a girlfriend) he originally was going to take the plunge into cheating and then had some time to think about it and decided not to and cut contact so he wouldn't be tempted if you started communicating with him. Honestly that is just a guess. It could very well be other reasons too. Maybe something came up in life. Could be a family crisis. Why he unfollowed might be that he just decided he didn't have time. Maybe he just simply had a change of heart in wanting to get to know you. I am going to put a little more weight on the girlfriend thing. Sometimes rumors are just rumors but this seems coincidental in timing.
