"or should I do the same thing that he did to me?" So you are asking if you should "get back at him" so to speak because you are unhappy that he left you on delivered? That is extremely childish and playing those types of games isn't going to get you anywhere. You basically are asking if you should do to him the same thing that made you upset. Answer to that is no. Did you ever think that maybe something came up and he was busy? There could have been a serious family issue that you don't even know about. I have no clue what the rest of the details you provide matter. Like the saying goes... play stupid games... win stupid prizes. Don't do it.
Leave him on delivered. And definitely don’t bake him anything till he starts treating you better.
Maybe. What was the last thing you said to him?
He’s not interested in you romantically. If he was he would never have left you on delivered for 17 hours. He just wants your dessert (and maybe sex if you offer).
Block him. Or at least tell him you aren’t interested in talking anymore.
Ignoring him sounds good
Just ignore him. He’s getting desperate now that you’re not replying. But he’s just bread crumbing you.
Sure
No, don't act petty, ask him why he took so long to reply

are you actually 23 or are you like 10 mentally?
if you're interested and can reply, show it by replying. life and shit happens, chill with this retarded view
he literally could just be busy/sleeping. chill the fuck out
Couldn't quite figure out what you are even asking !
Didn't make anymore sense the second time either! "he left me on delivered" what the heck does that even remotely mean? That middle sentence makes even less sense.
most apps you can send messages on will have icons to show if the text has been "delivered" to a recipient. that means its arrived at the other person's phone and ready for them to view. it then normally shows "seen" when the chat has been opened.
Yes play childish games...
