Why I assume his family doesn't like me?

Why I assume he rejected me because I am socially inferior than him? I am hard-working and mind my own business as usual. How to deal with this "societal gap" and remove him from my mind? I am not poor by the way.

Who cares if his fam ain't feeling you? Their approval doesn't define your worth. You're clearly a catch if this guy was into you before!

As for the rejection, it's less likely got to do with your skills or status. Guys reject people for all sorts of reasons - maybe he wasn't ready, got scared, found someone else. Don't take it personal.
