First, you need just to become who you are and stop trying to do a task that someone else tells you to do.

For example, if you are short and you are never going to be able to become a basket ball player just accept that because you are still capable of abstract thought and can become a mathematician or engineer. You have those flaws and they are there and you need to learn to accept them as a part you and love yourself. Also accept the strengths that you have as well. Do that and go in with what you got.
