It's been very difficult to try and date when women are only going for chads and the top 20%.

Try working on yourself, and make yourself better looking or more interesting. Most "chads" tend to be confident, good looking, and have cool interests. I agree with what one user said here. "if no women are willing to date you then there's probably stuff you need to work on".

It's not worth it. I've just told myself that women aren't worth it and will just focus on other things in life. Besides i have angina so too much physical exertion makes me chest hurt from restricted blood flow to the heart

You just killed 95% of the chances you had, when it comes to women wanting to date you.

So maybe try to get rid of that mindset first.

20% is 1 in 5, not such a tiny number. You have to get into that 1 in 5 which really isn't hard at all if you have a brain.
