I’m very emotional and my work crush seems very monotone? How do I cope?

  My work crush seems depressed why? I feel so bad. What do I do?

  Maybe he’s autistic now that I think about it. He’s an amazing hard worker. I’ve seen his sarcastic side before too so obviously he’s not just a drone. But when I interact with him lately he seems like his face or eyes aren’t very expressive. I don't know if he has emotions actually. He often sounds monotone when he speaks to people. I feel so bad cause like a year ago I had this daydream impression of him that he’s probably more emotionally in tune behind the scenes and has some fire or life behind him that I can’t see at work. But lately im worried he’s just a drone what do I do?

I wish I knew why. I wish I could do something to help him. The thing is that I use to think he liked me about a year or so ago because all a sudden he started greeting me whereas he NEVER would before even if I was the one to do it first he’d return the hello but never say it first. Then one day he has been saying hi consistently ever since. He seemed nervous around me at times too.

I’m trying lately there more chances to have small talk and I’ve actually become realy much more outgoing lately it’s insane. It’s really unlike the last me who would barely say a word unprovoked. I was so shy and beat down. So I’m trying to get closer to him and be more open too.

Just because somebody is sexy does it mean they deserve everything you don’t even know the guy or what he’s done or what he’s facing you have to learn about him not everybody’s happy 24 hours a day everybody gets depressed. Obviously you’re gonna have to make the movie. He seems really shy you’re gonna have to drop hints about going out together Most women refused to ask a guy out and nothing ever comes of it so you’re gonna have to make a decision. What do you really want?

Not asking him out but drop hints maybe. It’s just a bit too soon to do that though because he’s never even seen this open happy side of me. I have to get closer to him first right? But the depression in his dance is driving me insane. he's not just sexy he’s so hardworking and he’s just a rare gem you don’t meet guys like him pretty much ever. It’s not about sex. He’s just an amazing guy period.

Sorry somebody was knocking on my door. You’re making him to be some kind of a world champion you know nothing about this man stop overreacting stop exaggerating. You know nothing of this man and people like you they stall and they take their time and nothing ever happens. Yeah he could be taken since he is so hardworking and down to earth. I hope he doesn’t quit. I am not in a rush to make him be my date. I’m just worried he is depressed now. I doubt he wants to date me if he’s depressed anyway. So we have to fix his mood first. Poor thing I just want to squeeze him. I feel he must be lonely. I am usually a lonely person so I’d know.

Start talking to him smiling a lot than sooner or later get around to asking him how are you feeling, How are you doing? Ask Questions like that when he’s more comfortable with you. A female knows how to make a man relax loosen him up. Especially if you have a kind heart and you smile and your soft-spoken
