I regret most of my past. I worked so much and I lost money for dreams I haven't been able to accomplish. I avoid to think about the future because. I only live in the present. I feel much better now than in the past because I am immersed in my life. I have a direction for the future, but I don't want to think too much about it. I just work and live.

It can be alright to avoid thoughts of the past and future to an extent, but I wouldn't completely shut them out either. Here are a few thoughts:
- Living fully in the present is great for reducing stress and just enjoying life. Nothing wrong with that at all.
- But reflecting on the past can also help us learn from mistakes so we don't repeat them. Might help ease some regret if you process it instead of stuffing it down.
- And thinking a bit about the future keeps you motivated. As long as it's not obsessive worrying y'know? Like having goals to work toward.
- Maybe schedule some official "reflect time" though, so you aren't stewing in the past all the time. And don't overplan the future, just have a general direction.
- Talking things out with close peeps can help too if anything's weighing heavy on your mind from before. A problem shared is a problem halved type deal.
Overall you seem like you're in a better headspace now which is dope. And it's working for you to stay present-focused for now if you're feeling better. Just don't fully tune out your past or you could get tripped up. Moderation is key bro, you got this!
