Whoa, that's kinda weird that he's hitting you up outta the blue like that after so long. If it was just a casual hookup thing from way back, I don't get why he'd be wondering if you still think about him or want you to come back. Unless maybe he secretly had stronger feelings for you than he let on back then? Or thinks you did too? It's possible he's just bored and wanting attention I guess. If you're not really interested in reconnecting, I'd just play it cool and be like "Was good seeing you, but I'm focused on my own thing now." Don't lead him on if you don't want anything more to happen. Some guys just can't take a hint. But it is a little flattering if he's still crushing after all this time!
