Yea it sounds like he just likes the convenience of you. If you were a priority to him , you wouldn’t be waiting 3 months to see him , 3 months is a long time not to see someone you actually care about , if I was you, I would really reconsider allowing that person to come back into my life , it sounds like he is just weighing his options while trying to keep you on the back burner , you are best to just move on from him and not waste anymore of your time with him.
