Please define constantly. Women’s idea of what is a good amount of time to spend w their partner is different from men. I’ve heard from women that him spend 4 days w her isn’t enough. A girl once told me him spending 3 days w his friends or on his own was neglecting her even though he spent 4 days a week w her. For me I’m ok w seeing her 2-3 days a week. I’m content w that. Not cause I don’t like her but because unreliable she has things going on, that I can’t be the center of attention all the time.

Means he just likes the convenience of you , he doesn’t consider you his top priority over his friends , so you are best to have a talk with him and express your feelings of concern to him , and find out why he is spending more time with his friends than with you,. If he doesn’t make an effort to spend more time with you , than you are probably best to end the relationship with him and find someone that wants to spend more time with you.

It depends on how old the guy is and how serious the boyfriend/girlfriend thing is for him. The guy only has so much free time, right? He wants to spend it enjoying himself or relaxing, right? So... sometimes that means hanging with friends...

It could mean that there is a problem in the relationship. Guys generally spend time with the people they feel respected by and appreciated by.
So him choosing them over you could be because he either takes you for granted or feels you take for granted and he goes to his friends to get the validation the relationship doesn´t give him.
