Is this the reason why I don't find a lot of girls attractive?

As a straight male scottish male, why is it that I don't find girls in skirts or dresses attractive? Is this because I often see males in my country wear kilts? Is this also why I don't find a lot of girls attractive? Skirts don't attract me so how can other female dresses?

Everybody has their own likes and dislikes when it comes to attraction. That's completely normal. There is nobody on this forum who can answer why YOU do not find a lot of girls attractive. Only you can answer that question, because your preferences are just that, YOUR PREFERENCES. I have no idea why you would even bring up men wearing kilts, if your sexual preference is women! Allow me to turn the question around to visualize it for you "I'm a straight female and I find men in jeans very attractive. However, I wear jeans all the time and so do most of my female friends. Am I only attracted to men in jeans because women wear jeans and I'm actually a lesbian?” It's a patently absurd question. It's also one which nobody else could answer.

You are asking us to tell you why YOU don't like something? Did I get that right? How am I supposed to know why you like or dislike things? That's on you dude. You can not like girls in skirts or dresses or wearing a pumpkin on their head. Doesn't matter. It is called preference and you are allowed to have one. Not sure what kilts has to do with anything. Sounds more like you don't find girls that wear certain clothing attractive. So great. You are allowed your opinion not to like it.

Why don't you ask THAT as a separate question? She answered the question you asked. Kilts are worn by men, you are asserted that you're heterosexual male. Therefore what men wear is completely irrelevant to the question at hand.

I doubt that's the reason. There's a huge difference between a man's hairy legs and the soft smooth curves of a woman's legs.

I am not talking about a man's hairy legs. I am talking about the kilt (which is technically a skirt in function and appearance) he wears.

That's fine, nothing wrong with that. YOU have your preferences, and if you do not find that style of clothing (dresses, skirts) as an attractive outfit on a woman, that is YOUR preference, and is okay.
