What would you do if your significant other is an alcoholic and gets mad when you don’t put out?

So my significant other is an alcoholic. When he gets drunk he gets mad at me when he wants some and I won’t put out, but he knows won’t when he’s drunk. He gets angry and mean when drunk.

my suggestion is that it is time you really need to consider moving on.
If he does not want to seek help, and get sober, this will be your life from here on, and it probably will only get worse.
Life is too short to have to put up with that every day for the rest of your life.

Break up if he is an alcoholic and not getting help for his addiction , Does he drink every day? Or when he does drink does he drink to oblivion? If he has no control over his drinking than it’s best for you to walk away.

Yes when he does drink he can’t just have 1or 2 hell he can’t just have even a 6pack and be done he keeps drinking till he’s gone. Then his temper if I don’t want to piss him off I’m walking on eggshells

It sounds like he has a problem , if he does that every time he drinks. You are best to put your foot down to him and tell him he either gets help for his addiction or it’s over between you both

It wasn’t like this when we got together we have been together 6 years and it’s gotten worse slowly. Now it’s out of control. Now I’m at the point that I’m looking for a way out. Problem is I’ve been a stay at home mom for the last 4 years because of our daughter. So now I have to bide my time till I find a job. Because there so much more to it.

Honestly, I pack it up and leave. I've seen this situation many times and it never ends well.

Its easier said than done, I know, but that's a toxic situation and no one deserves that.

He has always drank but it has gotten worse. I never noticed how bad it was until I ended up getting myself better I have bad depression anxiety and ptsd and I went to the doctor and got back on my meds for my shit because it was getting really bad and I realized how bad thing are so I’m sure it’s been this way for a while I just didn’t see it.
