How to shorten the talking stage?

I like this guy very much, and we have been talking back and forth and teasing each other, he told me about his holiday plans and how he spent it with his family and sent me photos of the sunset because he thought it's beautiful.

He's not employed yet and he's suffering from that, i told him it's just temporary and he asked me to support him more, i said some kind words to him and told him it's just a matter of time, he thanked me and hoped me the best too and i ended the chat because i felt like i revealed my emotions.

He didn't text me yet ( by the way we know each other personally but now we are long distance and for that we are texting.

Does he like me? How to get him to confess sooner?

Easy, don't entertain it. I'm not sure when it became a thing, but if you want to date someone, date them. Or not.

Because i come from a conservative community, and female confession isn't respected, even him won't think good of me

That's unfortunate. I've never understood why some people see a female confession as a bad thing. I come from a conservative family too, but I suppose not THAT conservative.

Since you're long distance, maybe try scheduling a get-together? Seeing each other in person more often ought to help.
