Why did he shout on me?

My gym trainer (general one, not personal trainer) I think likes me because he used to get really jealous whenever any guy used to come upto me, he asked me to stay away from people in the gym.. He sent me a diet plan on my number, I wanted another one since it had been two months since he had shared a new plan.. He asked me to remind him on whatsApp.. I texted him, he replied by saying, "finally busy person has got the time to text".. I replied by saying that I'm not busy, it just always slipped my mind to remind you.. He said that anyway he was kidding.. I felt he got offended because he didn't send me the diet plan and the next day, he was really irritated at me.. Unnecessarily shouted on me and he's always been really sweet to me.. Why did he do so, why did he shout?

I think you could just remind him to give you the new plan again. There's no reason for you to think he likes you at all. Coaches/Trainers sometimes "bark" orders to get through a training session... or something else might have been going on. There's no way for anyone here to tell...

It's possible he was stressed or frustrated about something unrelated. Approach him calmly to clarify the situation and maintain clear communication to avoid misunderstandings.

He doesn't like you, get that idea out of your head. He was probably having a bad day when he 'shouted' at you. Everything isn't about you.
