What could he possibly be thinking?

Question

I am a dancer and part of our career is to take classes. The first time I met him was during a performance we were getting ready for. I was busy getting ready and didn’t really think he was interested so when he said hi, I smiled, said hi and continued with what we were doing. I saw him again a week later and he stared at me from a distance but didn’t approach me. Tonight, after over a year, he walks into the dance class I was taking. We notice each other but don’t say hi. I also gained a bit of weight so my body is more curvy (but still fit) and I wasn’t wearing any makeup as I look better without it. We briefly caught eyes and I could tell he was a bit nervous. After class, it seemed like he was avoiding me in particular. What could possibly be going through his mind?

Yea his Shy/Nervous around females definitely... I can relate to this guy I think

He most likely doesn't know how to talk to girls and has like a nervous anxiety when around a girl he might fancy... It can get quite uncomfortable because in your heart you wanna talk to her but in your mind it's telling you a million things no your not good enough/ she won't like me/ what would I even say/ she wouldn't want to talk to me anyway... Yea the list goes on.

If you're interested in him perhaps.. maybe approach him and try get a conversation flowing to get to know the person inside.. if I'm correct might be a few awkward moments to get through so if your the sort who has good charisma then it shouldn't be to hard for you to get him past it 👍

As a shy person, he seems shy. Also seems like he might find you incredibly attractive (though I'm biased, I think dancers are amazing!).

Not knowing who tf "HE" is, there's an assumption that the guy you're talking about is not supposed to be looking at you, so you need to cool your jets, madame. If he's avoiding you it's for a reason. There's no way for us to tell you that.
