Based on the info below, how serious does he seem to be about us? It’s been established weeks ago he’s not a player so let’s not bring that up. He is 29 and I’m 37.

1. He texts me all day every day, for weeks now.
2. daily good morning and good night text

3. he told me he likes me a lot and got a crush on me. (Not sure if he sees more though).
4. we talk for HOURS on the phone couple times a week.
5. he got pet names for me, uses tons of 😘 and 😉 emojis.
6. told me he finds me cute when I’m just talking bout random stuff

7. he even texts me continuously when he’s out with his friends on the weekend and sends pics often too. He rarely responds late (max 2 hrs after I text).
8. he jokes by calling me dream woman. But won’t explain why.
9. he said he’s got a very strong emotional bond with me and can’t wait to meet me in person (long distance.) we never met in person, it’s been all text and phone calls so far.
10. he brings up in random convos how he would be as a father, knowing I don’t want kids.
11. he said I’ve taken over his mind.
12. He said even though he finds me super attractive that he’s even more attracted to my brain and how I think.

the list goes on. But that’s all I can remember right now. I can only imagine things being better in person.

assume things are better in person, do you think he sees me as his future girlfriend?

First off, he has good taste in women, choosing an older one (you being 37 and him 29), super hot.

But I think he's just flaming hot infatuated with you, with allllllll those strong feelings and nice things he says. I don't think he doesn't mean them, but I would worry about him losing interest in you as quickly as he first got it, because this does commonly happen with people like that who show such super strong interest like he's doing.
