Why do girls take secret pictures of guys in public?

I have noticed some girls taking pictures of me in public, it has happned at the gym and at work? I know they are taking pictures because they hold their phone in a weird direction, angle it towards me and hit the phone in the lower middle part of the screen to take a picture. I am assuming it is to show their friends? I pretend like I dont notice so it is not awk.

Yeah I don't find that cool at all. There's no privacy nowadays. These kids have 0 respect and think they're entitled to take images or videos of anyone these days even if people are minding their own business. The more I see it, the more I wish the world was reset without technology.

I've had this happen a handful of times. I just assume I'm getting made fun of on social media. Except when I'm at the beach and it's some middle aged lady that liked the way I looked. I've noticed that last thing happening twice. Maybe three times.

Don't forget that there are a lot of girls that like to make fun of people on social media for likes and attention. Joey Swoll has hundreds of videos about it.
