Will being more beautiful make a man come back to you or do men simply move on to the next no matter how attractive you get?

I’m deciding whether to let go of this man that’s been giving me mixed signals but I want to know whether getting more attractive will make a man come back or not. I know he thought I was beautiful in the past I’m sure he still does but he’s still not interested or at least not interested enough to make a move. Would getting more attractive be a way to get him back or get him to make a move or does he already know i’m attractive and simply not care?
