She moved into my house 9 months ago with her kiddo. She sends other guys nudes and sleeps with other guys, and then lies about it to my face. I cover rent, electric, bought her a car, constantly carry her financially on her other expenses, and look after her dogs, but she won't even as much as send me a dirty picture or give me cuddles... has barely been home theast couple of months, staying at a friend's house an hour or so away try I ng to make money doing door dash and the like.

I'm not really getting anything out of it, we've been friends for years but I'm starting to feel taken advantage of... I'm seriously considering telling her to take her dogs and go elsewhere.

First off, based on the whole "won't even send me a dirty pic, etc" it sounds an awful like at least part of your motivation in giving this girl a place to live was to recieve sexual or romantic attention, in which case yes get her gone because that's creepy on your part. She can sleep with whoever she wants, she's not your girlfriend. (Though if y'all have rules about bringing partners around etc and she's bring people home then that's quite rude on her part.)

That said, why are you proving for this person for literal months. Give a friend a place to stay for a little while while they get on their feet is chill, but it sounds like she's willing to receive more than you can afford to give and you resent that, so you should definitely be having a conversation about her starting to at least pay some of the rent or something. Or maybe just help her move out since it sounds like you have a big problem with a lot of aspects of her as a roommate (weird sexual/romantic favors comment aside).

Actually no, mostly I'm just grossed out that you think she should be providing sexual favors in exchange for not holding up her responsibilities. That's beyond concerning coming from someone she's relying on (perhaps excessively) as a friend. Normally I'd say just talk to her about doing her part, but honestly I just want her out of there if she has any other safe option available given your attitude. You are NOT her friend with that mindset and you should stop supporting her as if you are.

So was that the point of moving her in? To get something out of this otherwise she’s out on her ass? Because unless something mutually beneficial was in the agreement then you can’t be mad at her for this. Like it’s your own fault if you were one of those people who “thought” she’d give you something in exchange for your “kindness” but it isn’t turning out how you wanted it. If you were deceitful, then now it’s backfiring. If you really want her out then you have to be fair, like she has a kid too. Give her a little time to find another place is the least you could do.

When she made the ask I was down for a week with pneumonia and dehydration... but the deal was she pay the electric bill and be around as a family, in return she received a place to live and be safe from her psycho stalker babydaddy...

I'm upset because she isn't around, leaving me lonely taking care of her dogs, doesn't pay the one bill she agreed to (never has), and is out doing the dirty with all of her other guy friends but won't touch me... I'd not worry about that but I'm not getting ANYTHING, even what she agreed, I send her money to help get her by, and even buy her dogs food and meds... I could get SOMETHING out of it... they used to say "ass, cash, or grass" and she doesn't have tbe last one and costs me the second one so...

I think it’s fair to have a conversation about the things you mutually agreed she would pay, but that’s really it dude. Your biggest problems are in regards to her with other men, and that just isn’t cool because you are only friends. She doesn’t owe you her body of romance because you live together. I think you’d even be upset if she were paying her part in bills because the real problem is the men. Be honest about that.

Respectfully, if that were the case you wouldn’t bring up all these aspects about her dealing with other men at all. There’s jealousy here, not just financial motivation. I also believe you’d have given her a bit more responsibility than one bill in exchange for her and her daughter to be cared for. You’d have asked for some sort of rent as well, which is why I believe the physical/romantic aspects play a big hand in this. If not, then just have a chat about that bill. Set some sort of standard as well and put it in writing. Like if she doesn’t start paying the bill, then she has to be out in 2 months. That’s enough time for her to find another living arrangement.
