I have a friend who I’m really close to. He’s in a 12 year relationship but he has said that he has fallen for me and wants to be with me. He says he doesn’t want his relationship with her anymore but still hasn’t made the move. He gets upset with me when I socialize by being friendly, or if I accept drinks from other men, to him it’s being disrespectful. Or he feels that I should tell him where I go when I’m out by myself. He can’t except the fact that I’m still single. Why does he acts like this?

Tell him, if he wants to be your boyfriend, he needs to put his money where his mouth is and end it with the girl he's dating. Then you will date him and be 100% for him, but until then you're just a single girl and he's not the only guy who wants to date you.
