He rejected me but I still feel his stares at me as I walk by and he is always walking near me or around me. Why is he doing this?

Maybe you would be his first girl that he was with and he doesn't know how to deal with it or even know what to do maybe he doesn't feel that he is on your level maybe he doesn't have a job and he feels that he can t. Take you out the way that he would want to maybe he's embarrassed about that I mean there can be many many reasons but I'm sure there's something that he likes about you otherwise he would just move on but I'm sure it has nothing to do with you I'm sure it probably is all about him what he's either going through or what he can't compete or he's not financially capable of having a girlfriend at the moment

He may not know how to express his feelings towards you. Don't freak out or act weird about it. Chill... go with the flow, try meeting him where he's at. Ignore him back. A guy doesn't run you.. you run on your own time, not his time.
