Say this man is flirting constantly with a woman and shows all signs he’s into her. He doesn’t show this behavior with other woman. But when he thinks she’s not in hearing range he laughs and says that it’s weird how she’s happy when he talks to her. He sort of mocks her about it. What does that mean and why would he act that way? Is he just messing with her to bully her or what?
