We matched a month ago, were supposed to meet but i wasn't feeling well. Then he sent a shirtless pic, we had a disagreement and he blocked me...

I've reinstalled Hinge and decided to approach dating calmly this time... I've seen him, swiped and he matched with me

He asked if i wanted to meet. We agreed on Tuesday... It came and went but he never confirmed anything and hasn't replied...

Did he do this on purpose?
