How does society view tall black women?

I'm about 5"10 married woman and my husband is shoulder length to me. I sometimes feel insecure because I'm a lot taller than he is. I'm curious to know how does society view us when they see us?

I think your overlooking and overthinking your whole relationship when you realize the height difference between you and your husband. Him being shorter than you doesn't make his love short neither. love is love. You sound like you might be insecure about yourself or maybe attraction to taller men

As the beauty standard. I've never heard anyone saying that a woman is way too tall, as opposed to short people, who get a lot of hatred and jokes about their height. The taller you are the more attractive you are perceived by others. So, I don't understand why someone would be insecure about it.

I don't know why some guys dislike women being tall, I guess it makes them feel like they can't protect her, I wasn't really raised to believe that it is a man's place to defend women so I am not sure. Regardless, if he married you I doubt he has a problem.
