when we met I was sitting then he was talking on the phone Infront of me and I didn't give him any attention I was checking my WhatsApp then I feel like there is someone stares at me when I look to see who I caught him staring so intense at me while he was walking Infront of me the next time we met he was telling a joke then he checked to if laughed or not when I got that I smiled so he was so happy, the next time I was talking to my friend and he was sitting near of us I can caught him staring from the corner one time when I talk to him he I felt he was shocked when he realized my eyes he looked at my right eye then the left eye and talking with something open mouth one time my friend she was talking to him but I smiled to hearing what she says and he doesn't focus completely at her I see him looking at me which makes me wonder why he looks at me not her another time when my group talk to him he just replying looking at me also although I am not speaking to him another situation which was strange to me when he was close to me and spoke to me then I felt he looking at me so I raised my face to not make him feel I am shy of him then I looked at him eyes I got freezed like he caught me from my arms and forced me to look at his eyes my brain stopped telling myself break the eye contact but I can't he was telling me something deep which make me feel something good when I got anxious he can realized it before at shown to anyone even if he was away from me then he jumped up and quickly asking what's wrong with you and do anything to make I become better and try to make me smile when I took off my glasses he was shocked it was the first time he saw me without them I felt like he followed me by his eyes every time I was without my glasses he gave me the same strong gazes even if we met suddenly in the street we got freezed looking to each other from a space I always caught him trying to be close to me so much and try to talk about a topic even we just talked about it before

Dang it sounds like this guy is really into you! All those little moments you described definitely make it seem like he's super interested.

Staring at you a lot is a big sign, especially when he was even staring when talking to other people. Guys don't usually do that unless they really like what they see. And checking if you're laughing at his jokes means he wants your approval.

The way he focuses so much on your eyes and gets all shocked when you make eye contact is also weird - in a good way. Like he's really drawn to you. And trying to be close all the time is another big hint.

It's kind of cool how you froze each other with those long intense stares too! He must be really captivated by your looks. I don't blame him though, you seem really pretty.

He also sounds like a sweet guy for getting worried and wanting to cheer you up when you seemed anxious. Definitely cares about your feelings.

I'd say he's definitely crushing hard! You should try flirting with him more and see if something happens. Maybe he just needs a sign that you like him too before making a move. Keep us posted on what happens!
