Why would a guy block a girl he is physically very attracted to?

There are several possible reasons.

1) He might hate her guts (it's possible, despite him finding her attractive)

2) He could be playing mind games

3) He might already be with someone

4) Attraction isn't everything.

5) When he says he is attracted to her, he could be lying.

Those are off the top of my head but I'm certain there are loads more!

Maybe her personality or the way she presents herself turned him off about her , just because someone looks beautiful on the outside , it doesn’t mean they are beautiful in the inside. So maybe he realized she wasn't that nice of a person , or he felt she was too high maintenance or she didn’t invest a lot of her time into him making him think she is talking to a bunch of other guys’ as well

Why not? In my life I have had hot women throwing themselves at me while I was in a relationship or married. I never took the bait. And the people who claim I was wrong to not want to be alone with hot women while I was in a relationship are the same people who are always cheating, in my opinion.

He might be physically attracted to her but he only wants what he wants from her when he wants it and doesn't want her to be interfering in whatever else he's doing so he blocks her he's not a good guy so you'll find that out one day

In real life, in person, if the guy is very shy and not confident, perhaps.

In online terms, guy would only block a girl who annoyed him a lot or he found seriously unattractive.
