When he first saw me he was extremely attracted to my looks he couldn’t take his eyes off me, we had a few interactions as he works somewhere near the university I go to. I went out of town for a month when I came back he was so happy to see me when I entered the store, now every time I walk into the store his smile is so wide and his eyes light up. I don’t understand if he likes me or not, I’ve liked him for around 4 months now. At first I assumed he was just being nice and smiling as he works in the store but I noticed that when I go there with my friends, his focus is on me and he always looks at me and tries to talk to me. He tried to open a conversation with me today about school and when the term ends and the fall term starts even though his best friends are taking the summer term so he probably knows. I’m thinking maybe he has someone and that’s what’s holding him back and that’s why I'm not doing anything. What do I do? It’s kinda tiring for me as I can’t get him off my mind.

I’m trying to show interest, I visit his store multiple times a week and I smile and joke around with him without being too obvious because I don’t know if he’s single.

He already finds you attractive, he likes you! Guys wouldn’t stare down at a girl if they knew her personality sucked, they would turn their backs and roll their eyes. I've seen it. You’re in the clear, just try talking to him more, smiling at him, like a slight hey if you walk past him. I had the same thing happened to me and I was so confused for MONTHS and then his best friend told me like a year later “ya he was inlove with you for a bit” lol
