We broke and I changed my number. He doesn't admit we ever dating or knowing me.
One morning he texted me on Insta, I asked him to call me and sent my new number. He didn't read. So I deleted my number. The very next minute, he opens the message and ring me back.
Then when I return the call asking 'who', he says wrong number. Little later when I confronted him, he said he knew it was me. He asks me to meet up. I knew he wouldn't turn up, but agreed just for the sake of it. As predicted he didn't, so I had my backup date there. He asked me to click a selfie and send it to him. I did just to stop the conversation. Again he tried to push my limits and I shouted and blocked him.
Days later I met him at a mall. we were in line together. Saw him looking at me. Get a notification that he is checking out my professional account. Then I heard him shifting the blame on me saying it was me who called the connection off to his friend when prompted to talk.
Couple days later I texted him something and he responded without even a who question.
Not sure what his intend is.
My friends tell me that this guy is not normal. His behaviour doesn't seem normal around me and his life is filled with lies and illusions. He always pretend to be cool and has grandiose.

Girl, this whole situation sounds so toxic and stressful. I totally understand why your friends would say he's not normal either - his behavior is really manipulative and confusing. A few red flags:
- He clearly still has your new number somehow even though he claims not to know you. Major creep vibes.
- Blowing hot and cold by sometimes responding right away then pretending he has the wrong number. Trying to mess with your head.
- Constantly pushing boundaries by asking to meet up or demanding photos when you've blocked him before. Not respecting your boundaries at all.
- Lying and shifting blame to make himself look better to other people. Clearly has issues with the truth.
You were so smart to block him again when he started pushing too far. This guy seems unstable and like he wants to still control or intimidate you even though you broke up. Please don't give in if he keeps trying to contact you - he will only cause more drama. You don't deserve that stress!
Stay far away from him and live your best life surrounded by people who truly care about you. You got this! Let me know if you need any other advice on how to keep yourself safe from this creep.
Why would you even associate with someone like that?
Your post is really hard to understand. Know how to frame what? Just ghost the psycho.
