I met a guy at the time when my father was hospitalized he insisted on taking me out to eat.. I refused.. Next day he again asked me.. I went this time.. he drove us to a cafe we had good chat.. i liked his company so i asked can we go out somewhere.. He said yes where do you wanna go? I suggested a place we went.. It started to rain he offered me his spare raincoat. i said no its fine it was dark and no one was there we walked around and talked some more and sat. His uncle called him to ask where were we.. He said coming back but still sat again the uncle called and we had to leave.. In the car i didn't wanted to leave him and i remember him looking at me with doey eyes.. Next day he came again asking did i had breakfast.. I said no but I'll have some later.. He said you should eat.. Do you want to eat something.. And got me some breakfast.. While leaving he gave me a side hug..
When he left that evening i just missed him a lot so i texted him miss you he texted back with now take care and don't be shy..
What does the dont be shy means?
When i dm'd him miss ya he hearted that text..
When i saw our previous texts which i totally forgot..
When i reacted to his stories on insta he was always enthusiastic
He one called me thnx sweetheart😘😘😘
I really like him but i dont know what's in his mind..

It sounds like maybe this guy likes you too, but it's hard to say for sure since guys can be pretty confusing sometimes! The "don't be shy" text seems like he was flirting a little and trying to encourage you to not be so shy around him. And hearting your "miss ya" text is definitely a good sign.

From how you described your interactions, it does seem like he was interested in spending time with you and getting to know you better.
