Bepends on the context. I know an old neighbor, the wife one day out frustration slapped her husband chest asking him when he was during all night, she was crying, he was on his fit even after receiving 2 slaps on his chest era. The man slapped her back and she was on the floor after one slap on the face.

It's was wrong for her to slap his chest yes but he shouldn't slapped her in this context and she was pregnant even if that's not enough excuse for her to slap him.

If you know your spouse even then you work it out and discuss the issues.

But if you know your female partner is abusive with her hands then defend yourself without going extreme of course as men are so freaking strong compared to women. You don't need to give the person life threatening injuries.

Either way, only crazy people hits people. Defending yourself is important against the other person regardless their gender or species * what they identify with *

Oh yeahh, when I was 12 years old my cousin broke my right arms and he was 21, he insult me and I attacked him his back with slaps why screaming "stop insulting me, WHY ARE YOU SO MEAN?" he slapped the shit out me, with punches on my face and sit on me and stepped on my right arm. I couldn't move as he was stepping all over me. Thankfully my father came and save me from him.

Defense yourself without going extreme, if person is going after your life using knife and shit then defend yourself even if it results that person being killed. Use common sense.

Just depends on why she is hitting you in the first place , if she is attacking you physically and trying to hurt you , then yes fight back and defend yourself , if she just smacked you because she is upset at you for something , you are best not to attack her back , and just walk away. A guy should never lay his fingers on a girl , if she isn’t attacking you first. I dated some girls’ that were complete psycho bitches , that I wanted to knock the fuck out but I walked away instead , The ones that have attacked me physically , I did what I had to do to defend myself , mainly restrain her over anything

Of course, but it depends on the situation:

Situation number 1

If a woman slaps you once without the intention of continuing the violent conduct, you do not need to react, as you would lack the need to defend yourself and the danger.

Situation number 2

If a woman exceeds the violence and hits you several times, and restraining her proves ineffective in calming her down, you can hit her very hard to defend yourself, provided you have no way of getting away from the situation and asking for further help.

My basic rule is, "If the person is not a threat, do not respond." That applies to both women and men. If a threat, use the least force necessary to end the threat.

Guys our size and strength especially who know how to strike (well that doesn’t even matter) need to exercise self-control and walk or run away if a little guy with no weapon or a woman starts to throw hands at us.

Men are often bigger, stronger and already have a bad enough wrap. that being said if you are in an abusive relationship or a random fight gets very violent and you responding to her actions saves your life or ends the issue i totally see doing whatever you need within reason to end the altercation.
