Because they aren’t men , they are children. A real man will clean and do chores around the house without you having to ask him to do so , he might slip sometimes but he won’t constantly slip , From my experiences with girls’ most girls’ loved that I jumped right in , without her having to ask me to do anything , because she felt she had a team partner not a child. She had no problem taking me into the bedroom to please me because she felt she had a partner not a child. Most girls’ love a man that does things without her having to ask , if she notices him working on something on the house or the car , she usually gets turned on , I can’t tell you how many times I got laid for fixing something for a girl without her having to ask me. Most guys’ will say I am not her fucking slave , She isn’t asking you to be her slave she wants a man that she can depend on that has her back the same way she will have his back. Relationships only work when 2 people are partners’ together you both work as a team , not the other way around. A girl isn’t expecting her man to constantly do things , for her , she just wants to know he has her back and doesn’t hesitate to take some responsibility so the both of you can sit down and unwind and relax. You guys’ that sit around playing video games all day , I got news for you , don’t think your girl is waiting for you , she is more than likely jumping into another guys’ arms when you are sitting on your ass playing video games all day. I been the other guy a handful of times

Why don't women do yardwork? And why don't they do house maintenance?

I actually DO do housework, and yard work, and a lot of other shit my wife doesn't do that's not on your bullshit short feminist list of "housework", and I don't know any men who don't share at least equally in the responsibilities in a marriage or relationship. I know more men than women who can actually cook a good meal because women can't fucking cook anymore because their mothers felt it was too demeaning for woman to cook so they didn't teach their daughters shit.

As a man, I'm tired of the bullshit you feminists spout about men not pulling their weight when you ONLY consider the categories of work women have traditionally done. You women have become so entitled and victim-minded that you've turned your backs on everything that woman do to bring value to a man's life except for sex and procreation.

When you women start pulling YOUR own weight with things like yard work, home maintenance, vehicle maintenance, managing finances and heavy labor around the home, or at least learning how to fucking cook again, you can quit whining and shut the fuck up and at least do some fucking laundry without complaining about it. Your biased gender propaganda is doing more harm than good.

Yes they do. Maybe women should do more yard work. Why should men help if women don’t help with that?

Ones I know do. I do.

because were raised where their mom did everything and that's how they think it should be. mom didn't discipline them... or whomever was home.

Who says they don't? Many men do housework actually, even if probably not the majority, and of course in some cultures that would probably become socially a problem.

Being single since some years I just do that housework: kitchen, cooking, cleaning, laundry, garden, cats, etc. During my wife's lifetime, let me stress the point that she actually didn't want me at all to do the housework, because she honestly considered this her job. Her choice, because I would have helped in some way. As always, the truth is not black or white.

It depends on the relationship dynamic that’s in place all relationships should be 50/50 even if it’s traditional it’s just that they work in separate roles.

Before marriage people should see if they’re compatible because not everyone is the same as you probably know every body is looking for something different as well as their soulmate.

So what the roles one another play in a relationship is something that should be established long before marriage is even considered. Because you don’t want to marry someone you’re not compatible with.

Some do. I kept a clean apartment when I was single. I dusted, vacuumed, cleaned the bathroom, cooked, did dishes, washed, ironed and folded my own laundry. It's kind of a necessity.

When I got married, my wife and I both had full-time jobs, so we share chores. There is no reason why housework is only for women.
We both work in the garden, too.

    We do.

But - admittedly- if someone else volunteers for that, ''we'' are more happy to fix things around the house instead :D

My own home was in a better condition before the Missus moved in. But I'm ok with it.

From my own experience and observation, this arrangement is quite common - and as long as no one is 'forced' to do certain stuff - or not - I see nothing wrong with it.

Slow your roll right there young lady. My wife does almost NO housework. She doesn't do the taxi service stuff for after school bull shit either. She rarely makes dinner and doesn't do the food shopping. That's ME!!

Ever since my Guillian Barre Syndrome and disability I handle it all and I'm happy to do what I can after this fucked up disease!

Some men don't because they're already exhausted from a 12 hour work day in the sun, some men don't because they're just lazy, and some men (like me) do partake in household chores because we prioritize acts of service for our loved ones over our own comfort.

like what? mowing the lawn? cutting down branches? cleaning the gutters? moving heavy furniture? changing the car tyre? checking the oil? being the first to confront a home intruder?

are policemen, firefighters, soldiers lazy because there's no crime, no fire and no wars going around?

What makes women who don't have paid employment think they're entitled to have a man who goes and works a job to pay for the home they live in also come home and do the housework?

Trust me, NOBODY is that good in bed...

So I do, it's part of my normal everyday. But most women I've been with didn't help with any of the outside chores. Spending 6 hours on a Saturday to keep the yard looking nice would be a lot easier if it was 2. My current wife does help. We found our balance.

Dunno, I do my fair share. But if one partner is working, and one partner is not, most of the housework should fall to the partner who is not working.
