I don’t know him but I do see him occasionally. We have only ever said hi to each other and that’s it. He overheard me joking with a friend about how big my breasts are. I turned around and noticed him smiling and staring at me.

I didn’t do anything apart from scuttle off feeling super embarrassed.

Surely if you overheard something like that, you would just ignore it? Why would he have stared and smiled at me? It was a full on stare haha

Probably one of two reasons:

1. This guy is a creepy stalker pervert who was already obsessed with you and your gigantic boobs, and hearing you talk about them turned him on, and made him think maybe you were going to pull them out for him right then and there.

OR

2. He's an ordinary guy who happened to be a few feet away when you were talking about your humongous breasts, which made him feel embarrassed and uncomfortable, and then when you looked in his direction he felt even more embarrassed and uncomfortable, so he smiled at you because he didn't know what else to do.

I would bet on #2, but who knows.
