My guy friend wants to come over, what does it mean?

I caught feelings for a guy friend and told him about it. He told me that he really enjoys spending time with me but he doesn't share the same feeling. However, he recently came over to my place and we were hanging out with nothing physical going on. He told me that he'd like to come over again and sleep over at my place. He said that he'd like to spend longer time with me. Why would he do this? I don't understand him

Sis this sounds confusing as hell! A few things could be going on:

- He might genuinely enjoy your company as a friend and feels comfortable crashing at your place - guy friends do that sometimes.

- But given your confession, sleeping over could blur boundaries and stir up feelings again, so I'd be wary of that.

- Possibility he's lonely/bored and you're convenient company without committing to more. Not cool of him to use you like that though!

- Some dudes just like the attention even if they don't want a relationship - could be playing with your feelings a bit.

I'd tell him you need clarity on his intentions before inviting him over again. Do NOT let a dude spend the night if he's not willing to commit to you properly, that's just asking for drama.

Set some boundaries - you deserve a clear yes or no. Don't let him string you along! Maybe take some more space if needed. You've got this sis!

He's being an ass. He's sticking around because he loves the attention and knows you like him.
Don't sit there and ask WHY WHY WHY. It doesn't matter. If you don't want him to stay over then tell him he can't. Pretty simple.
