Stopped talking but watching stories?

He stopped talking to me , gives reply on texts but does not return or pick calls , does not respond to reels but watches my stories , do they want to stay relevant in your head.. I feel its kind of some mind games as he suddenly started behaving this way.. I don't know understand

It sounds like a simple case of you being more invested than him. That’s when you need a clear idea of what his intentions are, because while on your end you’re trying to chat and build something, he may speak to you casually when he can or when he wants because he isn’t trying to progress like that. Talking to you isn’t high on his priority list how it is for you because you are more interested and actively trying to make fetch happen, it’s not going to happen if it isn’t what he wants.

He wanted it first he suddenly changed… he used to call all day and make so much efforts and said he wanted a relationship, while I told him I want time and we should take it slow and now behaving this way so I was just trying to get answers as to why is he behaving this way

Well of course, that’s how it usually starts, everything is shiny and new, and he probably did have those good intentions at first when he said he did. However things can change and I don't know about you but I judge based off actions and not words because at the end of the day that matters most. It would be purposely naive to literally see him doing the opposite of what he says, and still choosing to base your decisions off his words. Don’t allow your hopes for the future to cloud your good judgment in present time, you deserve mutual effort and shouldn’t settle for someone actively offering less.

Totally.. he is quite immature tbh and last night after a week’s no contact.. nothing he sent me snaps of him partying.. is he trying to get my attention and giving hints so that I go and chase him and talk to him? That’s what it seems like because I stopped bothering about him for a week and kept my distance
