So my crush and I have been chatting a little bit he compliments me tells me that I look good every day and I complement him back. He’s very shy although when I talk to my male coworker, which is his friend and he’s older than him like in his 30s, he said that when he asked him about me, he doesn’t say anything and that he silent. What does this mean? Is this mean that he’s not truly interested or that he doesn’t care? I’ve been trying to chat with him and help him because I know he shy. What does this mean?

I think he's probably VERY shy. Not sure but I'm guessing he likes you. If you didn't mean anything to him, or if he saw you as just a friend, I think he'd tell his friend that. I think total silence means significant.
