Guys, What is your after care routine with a girl and her first time?

What is your after care routine or plan with a virgin? Especially if she has Dyspareunia, Vaginismus, and/or Vulvodynia? Make a meal or snack to bring to her in bed, clean her up, get her an ice/heat pad and some ibuprofen, cuddle and watch a movie, talk about the experience, etc?

I have yet to have my own first time. If I was in this situation, I would ensure she is as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I would make sure to research all of her ailments, so I could combat them.

Well any girl will definitely appreciate your gentle man gestures!👏🏻 Some guys just expect girls to go wash up her🩸& his🍆💦. While he lays in bed and either waits for round 2 or cuddles after. Often times stings/burns/sore and bleeds for the next week or so and sex is still painful until the hymen rupture is fully healed at least a couple of months later.🥺
