How to get this guy to text me🤭?

So this guy who I knew of through other people in highschool used to tell my friend he thinks I’m cute. I had a boyfriend at the time so nothing ever happened and we never even really met. Now he’s moved back in town from college and he followed me on Instagram a couple months ago. I followed him back but he hasn’t messaged me or anything. I see potential here but what should I do to make him message me?

Stop playing games and message him if you are interested, having to plan something to have him text you is unnecessary work, you can get results a lot quicker if you just contact him first.
