Guy love bombed me a lot but now matches my energy what’s the reason for this?

When we first started speaking he loved bombed me a lot and it was overwhelming. However there has now been a shift in dynamic and he now replies properly and doesn’t love bomb anymore.

he also purposely takes time to reply. Like intentionally replies late on purpose. As I know he is always on his phone. Also at the start he use to text within minutes.

I don't understand what is confusing. He put the full court press on you at the beginning and figured out you didn't like that. (even though I'm pretty sure you didn't actually tell him that)

Well he did that for quite a while but it was just overwhelming and felt a bit fake. He’s still asking just as much to meet etc but isn’t randomly ringing and over doing it. no need to be rude
