I think that depends on you do you think you need it if you think you need it then you need it if your jaw is crooked that means you probably chew crooked you smile crooked and your head is probably crooked lol so I would say yes you need it if you want it get it if it's going to make you feel better get it it's not like plastic surgery or something like that but I think after you have it you will see the difference and that will give you a few more years in life that's for sure being happy is where it's at
