Do you think he liked me or is playing?

(20f) have had a crush on this guy (20m) at my workplace for a while and during our last shift together something happened. We usually flirt but this time it was more intense and he was hanging around me a lot more. He complimented my eyes and said they were beautiful and he kept squishing my face too. He kept on staring at me on purpose and my shy self kept looking away and I told him to stop then he says "what you can't keep eye contact" I said no then he says "what can't I look at you" and I was screaming insideee. I told him it depends on who it is I can maintain eye contact and then he says "oh so it's only me you can't look at" he seemed so amused. Later on towards the end of the shift I had to take these heavy trays into the storage room but my crush said he'll do it for me so I opened the door for him and the door shut and it was just us two and when I tried to leave he wouldn't let me, he would block my way with his body (since he was on the side that had the door and I was on the other side that only had a wall). The storage room is so small and since there were big boxes on the side it took up some space and there was only space he could fit and fill up the remaining space. Guys I was so nervous to be alone with him because he's such a flirty and confident guy. After he didn't let me leave he started to put his hand around and my waist and sort of hug me? It was like a back hug and he just started to be very touchy (not in a gross way he didn't touch me anywhere inappropriately) and I was just sooo shy I kept giggling and trying to leave and he still wouldn't' me go lol and I kind of fell into his arms and I could feel his muscles through his shirt. Eventually someone came in and he let me go. The thing is I don’t know his intentions because if he really liked me he would’ve asked me out by now because it’s been a few months now
