What are some of the things in your personal opinion that women get totally wrong about men?

a) That men are less romantic than women. I don’t think we are, we just show it in a different way. Our actions speak as much, if not more, than words. We don’t have the necessity to tell someone constantly we love them. Once that’s clear, we rest assured.

b) That men don't cry. We do. In multiple occasions.

c) That men are incapable of having deep feelings towards someone. We might at some point pretend they’re not there, mainly because we were taught as a child to be tough, strong and rugged. Part of that is just façade, a deceptive outward appearance.

That we're cold or have little emotion. We also have emotions, but we hide them better. Society needs us to be strong, we hide the emotions better. Also our past could have made us hide them.

Some Girls being turned off by a guy not paying for a meal, not going on a second date because of it. Wanting a man to provide... We need food. Surely we can spend money on an extra meal. People just don't want to be used.

That we take hints. No we don't. Just give it to us straight.

From my experience, I think some women especially attractive women feel that men are always ogling them in public, or if not, they SHOULD be, and personally, I find that attitude offensive. Working with the public at DMV in San Clemente, I have had that glaringly demonstrated to me by a few local women that visit my office.

My feeling is that those kinds of women ENJOY being objectified, and if a guy doesn't 'fall all over themselves' or stare at them while drooling, there must be something wrong with them, or that man is simply BLIND to just how beautiful they are!

This is not just 'editorial opinion' on my part, I have had women in my office, simply go out of their way to be 'noticed' and probably most/many men are 'slaves' to that kind of 'look at me, stupid' behavior.

So in answer to your question, I guess that is just ONE of the things that women get totally wrong about men... all men don't find those beauties, so irresistible, and subject to that kind of flirtation to simply get attention from men, that they find attractive.

every man is unique, as every woman... so whatever a woman thinks it can match a man somewhere on Earth...

so whatever a woman thinks it's alright if her man matches her vision... if there are mismatches, they should talk them out

but what I don't like in generalized opinions are verbs have to or should

Lots of girls either are taught or worry if they make the first move of interest in a guy that sets up a pattern in the relationship. When in fact they should take the risk to say hi and let the relationship evolve organically. I’ve noticed girls can go a year or more crushing on a guy and waiting for him.

That were complicated. Men don’t think the way women do. So when there’s a situation you’re most likely analyzing it from your perspective. From there you assume he should be thinking the same way. Then when you find out he isn’t thinking the same thing you are now he’s wrong, he’s an asshole, he’s misogynistic, etc.

I just read a question that fits this one. That they expect sex after a first date. I've been on dates before and not one of them even hinted at wanting sex. Most were shy about kissing me. Then again, as someone mentioned, I never used dating apps.
