I started ignoring him like a month ago cause he was putting my looks down. It’s “negging “ which is evil.
So we haven’t really been chatting at work. But sometimes he says hi, sometimes not and he offers to help me when it’s not necessary at least once. But today he almost ran into me and he was like “sorry” and then he said sorry and my name. What’s that mean?

Don't worry too much about getting an apology, he understands it was wrong to behave that way. In some sense I agree that he should apologize, but most people don't just because we think they should. Him feeling guilty is good enough in my opinion.

Also, negging, from what I understand, is a pattern of behavior that usually shows up in flirting. A guy criticizing your looks is not necessarily negging. Might be just him being a dick. While not nice at all, and maybe not even forgivable, it doesn’t necessarily have any evil intent behind it.

I grew up being made fun of for things I can’t even change, and I don’t think it’s right to be commenting on stuff like that.
