Like the girl in the picture for instance... I just admire the work she's done to her quads. Most guys don't even have that much quad development. I don't have any intimidation feelings from it or resentments. Just some admiration for the work it takes to develop that.

Don't get me wrong... I'm not popping a fucking boner either. If me not turning into a horn dog that is desperate for nudes is perceived as being intimidated... then that's not a me problem, and that's a her problem. You and I are probably just from an ectomorphic/mesomorphic genetic background and view her through our own perspective rather than through an endomorphic viewpoint. But since it is from the lens of my perspective at the moment... I see huge potential to get fat here. I'm guessing she prefers heavy loads, with not that many reps, but should be doing lighter loads for a whole bunch of sets since the endurance part is probably going to challenge her more than say strength training alone, but I'm not sure because it does look like she's done some hypertrophic training and despite that potential I see to get fat... she's not... at least not yet.

I wouldn't say intimidated, but it probably comes down to an asthetic look more than anything. Not a lot of guys are into the whole jacked muscle mommy women and prefer women that take care of their appearance but still look naturally curvy or toned, not like a roided counterpart.

There may be a level of insecurity that plays into it as well. Regardless if the man is tall or short, he may feel she is stronger than him or see him as too weak if he tried to take a shot at her if he wasn't as fit or defined as her. It would feel like a check on his masculinity and man card if she were.
