It is obvious that you have a reputation within your company for crushing on numerous guys (or girls), depending on your orientation.

This said, those crushes have probably noticed and gossiped about you to the other work colleagues and that is most probably the reason why, other co-workers and their friends alike laugh or smile with condescence to your situation. You should probably be either more selective with the number of boys or girls you have crushes on or be more discreet about your crushes. That may possibly help you.
