So I got into a sticky situation with this guy. He eventually tells me he doesn't know if I want a relationship and that he isn't looking for one and isn't in one. He also said sorry. I tell him. It's fine and I don't like him that way and he said okay good. I don't know how to feel about his responses. Although, I noticed that when I was at a club meeting for my college, he gave me a deep stare before looking away and would sit near me in class and three times in the club I'm in. I can't figure it out.

Some people need drama in life. He seems to like you yet he wants you to kind of "beg" for him to pay attention to you.

He does not want to be the one that is running after you and he wants you to make the first move. When you told him that you don't like him that way, he retaliated by saying "okay good", even if it was not the truth. He was hurt that you did not tell him that you had feelings for him because he actually does like you.

That is also why he sits close to you and stares or glances at you. But you have to be cautious too because I detect that you do like him despite the fact that you pretend not to like him.
